Virgin Racing has confirmed their 2010 driver line up by announcing that Lucas di Grassi will be partnering former Toyota driver, Timo Glock. di Grassi, had been a Renault F1 reserve driver the past two years and has been a strong contender in GP2 finishing in the top three for the last three years. Glock, since his return to Formula One with Toyota in 2008 has had some difficulty in qualifying but has demonstrated real race pace with some solid drives coming from the back of the pack.
Virgin Racing Technical Director Nick Wirth has stated that the car is on schedule and will hit the track in February.
